I regularly hear that people have underestimated the making of a video. It is often disappointing in terms of time frame, especially the editing process. But sometimes also in the final result that falls short of expectations. Hiring a professional from the outset would have been better afterwards, but the often high costs were a barrier. That is why I see an opportunity to offer a complete solution, namely film quality with professional guidance, for a rate that is much lower than you would normally expect. Because for only € 695.00, I offer a short filmportrait of one to a maximum of two minutes, including a teaser of 15 seconds. You place the teaser on as many social media channels as possible. In those 15 seconds, the viewer can decide to find out more about your product or service. In the text accompanying the teaser you therefore place the link to the Full Mini-Filmportrait and that way you convince interested parties to watch the complete MiniFilmPortrait. TIP: After posting your teaser on Facebook, create an ad campaign from it!

Efficiency

Because of my extensive experience with both recording and editing, I direct the shoot in such a way that it can be made at one location in a one and a half, max. two hours. This can be in a company, store, at a customer or at an event. We have already discussed the text that the entrepreneur is going to say, on screen or as a voice-over, and the shots that we want to show are also largely known. This allows me to record efficiently and because I will edit those recordings myself, I already know what kind of material I have and how I want to edit it. With your Company logo, name graphic in the company colors, color grading, use of music, sound mixing AND subtitles. In fact, for those who do not want to speak about their company themselves can also opt for a free voice over! Sometimes that even comes across as stronger, but in first instance I always try to convince the entrepreneur to tell his or her story himself. Even if only for that extra personal “touch” that the MiniFilmPortrait then gets.

Subtitles

Films with subtitles have been found to be viewed more often and for longer times than the ones without. This mainly occurs in situations where no sound is on or is not allowed to turn on. Thanks to the subtitles, the story is still easy to follow.

Delivery

You will receive 1 video file in mp4 format. This is the 15- second teaser that you can upload yourself to the various social media channels, such as Facebook and LinkedIn. You will also receive a piece of text with a link to the complete 2-minute version. You can add to this piece of text if you wish, but in any case place it with the teaser, so that viewers can click on the link to the complete MiniFilmPortrait. This is already available on our YouTube page.

Travel expenses

Because not everyone is happy about travel costs, there is an easy way to prevent them: involve a colleague entrepreneur, so that I can make two MiniFilmPortraits in the same neighborhood on the same day. Then all travel costs will be canceled!

Options

It is possible to book extra recording and editing time if your story requires it. In Studio Brokaat's MiniFilmPortrait, for example, an extra two hours was filmed on another day, during a workshop. These recordings were also partly used for another promotional video, so optimal use has been made of the film possibilities.
